A global life insurer is looking for a Director to join the ALM team following an internal move (c15-20 yrs experience overall but flexible for the right person.)
The role will involve developing solutions such as setting up a derivative strategy for both Group and the various AIA business units, further development of the Strategic Asset Allocation framework and then transacting. In time there will also be a need for the development of tactical asset allocation tools.
Ideally you'll have relevant experience, good communication skills and be happy to work in an environment under less scrutiny from the regulator!
