Senior Manager - Par Fund Management

This is a new headcount as part of my clients Asia expansion plans. You will be a involved in coordinating annual bonus declaration, provide analysis to management and support business development on with-profits business, present details to management.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage Par product implementation to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products.
• Develop and execute the companys dividend policy, dividend recommendation, forecast and management for participating business.
• Gather, develop, and effectively synthesize market intelligence to provide management with timely updates and analysis.
• Review asset share calculation, fund transfer and other operations relevant to with-profits funds
• Prepare ALM report with investment risk and business analytics.
• Establish and maintain the companys ALM policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above (in Actuarial Science / Statistics / Mathematics)
  Fellow of Society of Actuaries, or other equivalent actuarial bodies
• 8+ years of experience and development in Life insurance/ consultant industries.
• Good communication skills and writing skills in both English and Chinese
