A leading insurance business are looking for actuaries with experience in M&A, Strategy or Corporate Transactions to join their team in Hong Kong.
They will be open to candidates at either a Manager or Senior Manager grade, so between 5 - 10 years of working experience.
This team are responsible for the development and assessment of all strategically important corporate transactions such as M&A, traditional partnership distribution and non-traditional distribution.
Other responsibilities include;
- valuation and financial modelling or all transactions approved for further assessment
- valuation and commercial assessment input into all transaction deliverables
- develop internal valuation, commercial terms and bid strategy recommendations
