Job Details
A well known insurer is looking for a Capital Actuary to join their Hong Kong business to head up their HKRBC team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HKRBC and capital management projects
- Conduct capital analysis, scenario stress testing, ORSA report and ALM risk indicator
- Perform regular reporting on capital and local solvency
- Prepare regulatory capital related reports and oversee the capital requirements of the subordinate companies
- Assist in capital related reinsurance treaty arrangement setup and implementation
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance industry
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
- Knowledge in methodology and principles in local and other financial reporting, and ALM
- Proficiency in Excel and actuarial software (RAFM) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning & project management skills
