You'll work alongside clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions in order to enhance business value. You will drive pioneering propositions across the wider Insurance industry within SEA, such as regulatory and accounting transformation, digital transformation, end-to-end operational excellence, M&A etc. You will exercise strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills, solve complex problems, and communicate your findings. Finally, you will be encouraged to work collaboratively in a team.
You'll support clients and the firm with:
On-going projects, ranging from valuation and pricing, M&A, capital management etc.
Implementation of IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint
Past performance diagnostics and future strategy planning to support clients achieve their
growth objectives
New market entry for (re)insurers
Business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, generating proposals
and industry benchmarking
Management and development of junior team members
Requirements:
- 6 - 15 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry or Insurance Industry
Experience with Prophet modelling and any other computing skills in R/Python/VBA/SAS/SQL is an advantage.
Experience in leading projects is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Asia Market is an advantage but not a must
