MERJE are working on an exciting Principal R&D Pricing Analyst position with one of the UK’s largest General Insurers.
It’s an exciting time to join the business as they look to grow and develop the team with the investment and backing from C-Level to deliver the growth vision.

Tasks will include:
- Drive the “technical excellence” values within the team by providing optimisation modelling and data science solutions. Mentor/Lead junior analysts within the team. Work with the Senior Management team to identify commercial opportunities and execute, including new techniques. Define pricing strategy and implement effective data science techniques. Implement cutting edge technologies and methods.
Requirements:
- Experience within General Insurance Pricing. Experience working within pricing optimisation. RADAR and Python experience highly preferred. Ability to work independently and proactively as well as supporting a team Strong oversight, influencing and persuasion skills An ability to react quickly and decisively to problems once identified
