The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry with a deep knowledge of annuities and the Matching Adjustment. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and technical skills.

You will be responsible for developing a forensic understanding of the value drivers within the annuities and mortgages businesses, thereby driving the firm's success.

Alongside this, you will provide bespoke commercial insight to support ideas generation for opportunities to optimise assumptions, risk capital requirements and the Matching Adjustment within the context of the regulatory framework and the Internal Model.

Leading analysis to support balance sheet optimisation initiatives, you will alsop rovide leadership in the delivery of commercial initiatives, from initial feasibility through to implementation.

A skilled influencer, you will possess experience of leading complex analyses with a focus on balance sheet optimisation.
