Job responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on investment and asset-liability initiatives, identifying and evaluating potential impacts.
• Supervise and analyze risks associated with investment portfolios, asset-liability positions, and derivatives, ensuring effective mitigation and compliance.
• Collaborate with Group Risk to develop and implement robust risk management strategies and frameworks, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
• Develop risk analytic tools and methodologies to enhance assessment capabilities; provide risk perspectives on capital strategy.
• Support the enterprise risk management framework, build stakeholder relationships, and promote a strong risk management culture.

Job Requirements:

• 8-13 years of Actuarial working experience
• Qualified Actuary or Nearly Qualified Actuary
• Knowledge on derivatives Capital (RBC / ORSA / Sol II) or hedging programs is a plus.
• Good understanding of HK RBC and IFRS 17/ 9 will be an advantage.
